Service Availability
Republic Act 9485 otherwise known as “An Act to Improve Efficiency in the Delivery of Government Service to the Public by Reducing Bureaucratic Red Tape, Preventing Graft and Corruption and Providing Penalties therefore”, took effect on September 5, 2008, mandating all government agencies to initiate activities in relation to its implementation.

The activities are:
  1. Establishment of Complaint and Assistance Desk which is designed to provide an avenue to receive and act on complaint with dispatch;

  2. Establishment of Feedback Mechanism designed to create awareness among the clientele on the services provided by the agency. This is done through the suggestion box.

  3. Publication of the Citizen Charter

  4. Display of the Anti-Fixer campaign banner and the Fix the Fixer calling card.
The objective of the Citizen’s Charter is to inform the client of the Agency’s vision and mission, powers, activities and programs. More importantly it aims to provide information on the different FRONTLINE SERVICES offered by the agency.

It is our hope that the publication of this Citizen’s Charter will guide the public on the services the NABUA WATER DISTRICT is offering.
